Hope Street is The Greenhouse for People on 26th and Capitol. We provide housing and community to empower broken men, women, and children to cultivate a relationship with Jesus, themselves, and others to restore hope that flourishing is possible for us all.
Joyce
"I am 69 years of age. After the gruesome death of my daughter, I became a 24/7 alcoholic. I went to a local alcohol and drug program from November 7, 2020 until June 10, 2020 when I moved into Hope Street.
The staff here at Hope Street are spot on. The doors are always open when needed.
When I got here I was welcomed by both staff and members with love, hugs and kindness. I felt very secure at Hope Street because no one could just walk in.
I am leaving Hope Street to live in my own apartment so I can work on getting visitation with my grandchildren. I would like them to be in my life again.
I would gladly recommend Hope Street. Here I developed coping skills, self esteem and more self acceptance."
