Community Safety Host
The Community Safety Host will be responsible for maintaining a safe and positive building at Shechem at Hope Street. The Community Safety Host will ensure members are maintaining membership guidelines. Safety Host is responsible for maintaining safety protocols and leading the de-escalation efforts during times of conflict. The Community Safety Host values community building and is willing to develop trusted relationships within our community. This is an on site position Monday- Friday at Shechem at Hope Street. An optimal candidate will have security experience, with community work preferred. The optimal candidate to work with our adult population has 15 years of experience in the workforce. Part time candidates, with the desire to work 3-6pm, only require 5 years of experience in the workforce.
