2025 hope street Women's Luncheon
Seasons of Life
2025 Recap. Thank you for all those who attended! This year's Women’s Luncheon was a huge success! We had record numbers of attendees, funds raised and stories shared! We are so grateful for the time God carved out Thursday morning to be together in a community of women who love and care about the vision and mission of Hope Street.
Through video and in person storytelling, we heard members, staff and volunteers share about the impact that Hope Street has made on them during different seasons of life. Wendy and Lauren shared about the powerful relationships created with members during their times spent volunteering at Shechem. Staff reflected on the importance of being a part of a loving community where ALL are committed to grow and flourish together. Both Shechem and Homes members share stories of cultivating relationships, learning what it is to feel loved and finding value in a safe space to grow.
There was not a lot of downtime at this year’s event as ladies were busy connecting, shopping and crafting. A fun addition to the luncheon was the opportunity to shop as one way to help reach our event giving goal. Prosper Fitness Apparel and Kendra Scott had boutiques set up and each donated a percentage of purchases made directly to the baby acorn fund. There was also time for crafting and connecting as we created watercolor bookmarks. Be sure to mark down the date in your calendar, October 16th, for the 2025 Family Reunion where you can purchase one of the beautiful bookmarks for yourself and a friend.
The Hope Street marketplace was a hit with selling Hope Street t-shirts, coffee and bracelets. If you weren’t able to pick up your own and still interested in purchasing please send us at email to info@hopestreetministry.org.
One final shout out for our amazing sponsors and volunteers. Our sponsorships are beyond valuable as they help cover the cost of the event, so that ALL donations and proceeds go directly to the Acorn Fund. Stay tuned for more sponsorship and volunteer opportunities at future events.
If you weren’t able to make it to this year’s event and would like to contribute towards the 20,000 goal - our website will remain open until Monday! So far, we have raised just under $15,000!
Thank you ladies for making this year’s luncheon a HUGE success! We are so grateful and looking forward to seeing you at the Hike for Hope this summer.
