Services: Free pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, options counseling, baby supplies, classes and moms groups

Community Warehouse & Partners in Hope

Mission: Partners In Hope is a faith-based organization passionately dedicated to helping willing men, women, and their families impacted by incarceration overcome social, economic, and criminal justice system barriers.

Services: Partners In Hope offers a monthly reentry workshop where we address and help overcome, any reentry barrier that stands in the way of living a productive life.

Project Return

Mission: Project RETURN (Returning Ex-incarcerated People To Urban Realities ​and Neighborhoods) exists to help individuals who have experienced incarceration make a positive, permanent return to community, family and friends.

Services: Circles of Support, Housing, Employment, AODA, Advocacy, Clothing Closet, FSET, and Outreach

"Often people come to Project RETURN at a time of crisis—not looking beyond their immediate needs. Our experienced staff members, most of whom are formerly incarcerated individuals, work one-on-one with clients to help them navigate through the moment and look beyond that situation to “next steps.” Whether a client needs assistance with housing, employment, AODA counseling or simply someone to vent to, they are welcomed at Project RETURN."

Fostering Community

Mission: Here at Fostering Community our mission is to encourage and empower children and families involved in adoption, kinship, and foster care by supporting them as a community!

Services: We provide free family events, tangible needs, local resources, and community connections as we partner with local organizations, non profits, and individuals who desire to make a difference and be the village for those involved in foster care and adoption!

More families finding community support and connections so they know they're not alone. We want see families encouraged and empowered, whatever "family" might look like. Mission: To enrich neighborhood quality of life

Services: Develop programs (current: Alert Neighbor Program, Home Repair

Historical Marker for Garden Homes Park); engage in collaborations (Changing Lanes,

relations (initiated “Neighborhood Quality of Life” statement; assists in neighbor dispute

Mission: Ebenezer Stone Ministries believes faith in Jesus Christ is the cornerstone for renewing, restoring and transforming individuals and families through stability, resources, and building strong communities.

Manna Behavioral Health

Mission: Manna Behavioral Health offers mental health awareness and healing services to individuals, groups, and communities so they can be healthy, fulfilling, and purposeful.

Services: 1. Mental Health Wellness and Substance Abuse Programs: Addiction services for men, families, and community groups. 2. Trauma Resilience Counseling and Workshops for Youth and adults: Anxiety, grief, loss, trauma and positively dealing with life challenges. 3. Focus Demographic: At-Risk youth, men and women dealing with addiction and returning from incarceration.

Quad Graphics 

Mission: Quad MKE is a recruitment, training and retention hub that works to connect Milwaukee’s central city community to family-sustaining careers. Quad MKE’s primary goal is to eliminate employment barriers by providing pre-employment training that covers essential skills, including financial literacy and workplace dynamics. Additionally, the center supports current employee-leaders in understanding the challenges faced by Milwaukee community members. We also focus on Retention efforts and elevating perceptions through community engagement.

Services: Quad MKE’s vision is to break down as many barriers as possible up front to allow employees to concentrate on building careers within Quad. We also provide paid career readiness training, pre-apprenticeship opportunities, community engagement, and more!

Safe Families for Children-Milwaukee Chapter

Mission: Safe Families for Children seeks to bring the church and community together to keep children safe and families together. Safe Families for Children is rooted in faith, fueled by radical hospitality, disruptive generosity, and intentional compassion, to build a network of caring and compassionate volunteers to support families facing social isolation. Our goal is to support and strengthen families, prevent child abuse and neglect, and reduce the number of children unnecessarily entering the child welfare system.

Services: Safe Families For Children serves families who lack social networks and live in isolation without support of family and friends dealing with crisis such as homelessness, unemployment, child abuse, domestic violence, medical emergencies and alcohol/drug rehabilitation.

Services: Drug and alcohol treatment and sober living options

Services: Free public food market, drop in community meals, collaborative meals, urban farm, crisis assistance, mentoring, culinary workforce training.
