Sustain Us, God.

Your presence here is seriously overflowing. Ample. In every area. You make yourself known to people who have little been introduced to you previously. You create a sense of peace. You transform lives. You connect us to one another. You are so big here. Can I just ask you to keep doing that God?

You provide all we need God. My two biggest prayer requests for Hope Street as of late have been for safety and funds. I have felt like those are the two needs that aren’t already taken care of long term. With our second Shechem Community Safety Host starting this week, I am so thankful. I can breathe a little deeper knowing that there are people here simply dedicated to maintaining safety. You have provided safety here in the past. Now, the way in which you are doing it is so visible and clear. That clarity is such a gift you have provided us. Thank you.

That leaves funds, God. I know we’ll always have what we need here at Hope Street. I know that because you always have provided what we need. Still, I see a gap between where we are and where I want us to be so that we have long term sustainability. Can you provide clarity for where that provision is coming from in the same way you have provided that for safety?

I trust you God. You got us. I know that. Help us be successful with our Sustain Campaign, God. The mission here, the values, and the vision all feel so concrete to me. Ensure we will sustain it. Keep sustaining us in all the ways you always have.
